Led the design and optimization of a paperless claim processing system tailored to the U.S. healthcare industry, using core Java to ensure seamless, client-specific operations. Spearheaded the development and deployment of new claim authentication features using test-driven development in an Agile Scrum environment, managing the full software life cycle from development and unit testing to production rollout and post-deployment monitoring

Implemented a feature in the in-house ETL tool to automate manual project management workflows. Integrated Amazon S3 for streamlined file handling and the Outlook Calendar API for automated task scheduling, reducing the workload by 10 hours per sprint per project manager and minimizing errors. This enhancement improved efficiency for over 500 employees company-wide
